Instructions for use
Take 1–2 shots between 2.5 and 3 hours before training.
Well-trained athletes can also take 1–2 shots daily for 3–7 days prior to competition to increase nitrate reserves.
Shake before use. Maximum 2 shots per day.
Recommended daily dose: 2 shots per day.
Avoid using antibacterial mouthwash or chewing gum while taking this medication. Brushing your teeth immediately afterward is also not recommended, as it may interfere with its effectiveness.
