The use of Protein Deluxe varies depending on body type. To help you achieve maximum athletic performance, we have tailored the usage recommendations based on your weight.

Recommended use:
Mix 2 tablespoons (25 g) with 200-300 ml of water.

The nutrients in Protein Deluxe are best absorbed with water. Drink it with skim milk for a creamier texture.
